Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track.
- Evaluate compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and reports.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction.

- The ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
