You will design, develop, and scale on-demand courses, educational content, and community-driven learning programs that drive product adoption and customer success. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will create structured learning paths that foster engagement and maximize knowledge retention.

What You'll Do
As a Learning Program Manager at TRACTIAN, you will lead Tractian Academy and other educational initiatives, ensuring customers have access to high-impact learning experiences. You will design, develop, and scale on-demand courses, educational content, and community-driven learning programs that drive product adoption and customer success. Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will create structured learning paths that foster engagement and maximize knowledge retention.
Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and scale on-demand educational programs for Tractian Academy and other owned platforms.
- Ensure Tractian Academy offers certifications aligned with key industrial standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, predictive maintenance best practices), enabling clients to earn valuable credentials.
- Develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences, including courses, webinars, and interactive training materials.
- Manage the education community, identifying opportunities for partnerships, guest instructors, and special training events.
- Implement best-in-class digital learning methodologies to enhance customer enablement and product adoption.
- Continuously update and refine training content based on user feedback, engagement analytics, and industry best practices.
- Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or educational program management within a SaaS, B2B, or technical environment.
- Strong expertise in creating and managing digital learning content, including video courses, interactive modules, and certification programs.
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and educational technologies.
- Ability to analyze learner engagement data and optimize training programs for maximum impact.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop, scale, and enhance educational initiatives.
- Knowledge of industrial compliance and certification programs.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT, or related industrial technologies.
- Experience with data analysis and content performance measurement tools.
- Certification in instructional design, learning technologies, or industrial compliance.
