What you'll do
As a Legal Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Legal and Commercial Teams on official documents and commercial contracts, with a strong focus on SaaS agreements. You will apply your legal expertise to establish standards for our processes, structure internal regulations, and define norms that guide our operations. The ideal candidate can manage a high volume of contracts, multitask effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will also interact directly with clients to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve legal matters related to commercial agreements.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and review a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Conduct in-depth contract reviews, assessing terms, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with the company's interests.
- Manage liability and responsibility-related provisions in contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
- Interpret laws and regulations, translating them into internal policies and operational standards.
- Develop and structure internal documentation, guidelines, and policies related to commercial contracts and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with commercial teams and other departments to ensure contracts and agreements are legally sound and aligned with company requirements.
