Successful Columbus Salon seeks to hire an in-salon leader to oversee our Salon Operations. This person will be an engaging, flexible individual who loves people and is able to communicate with many different personality types.
They will need to be available evenings and weekends as necessary and will be responsible for the scheduling and supervision of our staff. This individual will run meetings, manage the reception area, fill any gaps in the support staff schedule, enforce company policies, and ensure that guest services are exemplary.
