Tractor Central is Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere agricultural and turf equipment. We are currently accepting applicants for a Salesperson to add to the team at our Westby location.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year or more retail sales experience, preferred
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Ability to use standard desktop-load software (such as MS Office) and internet functions, along with a willingness to learn company-specific programs.
- An understanding of general mechanical/technical terms
- Experience with Agriculture/Turf / Utility equipment
- Ability to explain financial options is vital
Job Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used John Deere equipment, parts, and service in a professional manner
- Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments of Tractor Central
- Provide superior customer service and offer smart, efficient, solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction
