About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Time Parts Sales Person to join our team at our Arcadia location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
- Providing superior customer service, including in-store assistance and stocking duties.
- Offering smart, efficient solutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of ag and turf parts, as well as solid computer skills.
- Superior customer service skills, with ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and in written form.
- Understanding of general mechanical/technical terms.
