Sales Floor Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales floor team as a Retail Store Associate. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our store is well-maintained and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures as established by Tractor Supply Company
- Perform recovery of merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process
- Complete Plan-o-gram procedures (merchandising, sets, and resets)
- Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
