Job Description:
We're looking for a team member who can work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs. This includes operating cash registers, computers, and other store equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store and occasionally lift or reach overhead.
The selected candidate will also have the ability to safely access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, side lot, stock area, and register area. They must be able to operate and use all necessary equipment, such as dollies, handtrucks, forklifts, balers, computers, and cash registers.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have basic computer skills, retail experience, and/or knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding. You should also be able to participate in mandatory freight processes, complete Plan-o-gram procedures, assemble merchandise, and recover lost items.
