We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Field Activity Support Team (FAST) as a Team Member. In this role, you will travel to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks efficiently, maintain visual merchandise standards, and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.

This position requires a strong work ethic, flexibility, and availability to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior retail and/or merchandising experience and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks such as planograms and merchandise assembly
- Travel to stores within an assigned district
- Maintain visual merchandise standards
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs
- Provide support for other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required
- Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
