About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible individual to join our team as a Part Time Retail Merchandiser Flex Associate. As a key member of our FAST team, you will travel with us to stores within an assigned district, executing variable tasks such as planograms and physical inventories, and providing support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage.

As a key member of our FAST team, you will travel with us to stores within an assigned district, executing variable tasks such as planograms and physical inventories, and providing support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain visual merchandise standards.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform accurate counts for store inventories, as well as cycle counts.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
- Hang store signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
- Ask for the Sale.
Requirements:
- Farm knowledge is strongly preferred, but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be self-directed and have the ability to complete assignments with little to no assistance.
