Tractor Supply Co. is seeking a motivated Corporate Store Operations Summer Intern to join our corporate team for a 11-week paid internship in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
- Operational Analysis: Assist in analyzing store operational metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with corporate store operations teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices.
- Store Communication: Support the development of communication materials and training resources for store teams.
- Store Visits: Participate in store visits to gain firsthand experience and insights into store operations, customer service, and merchandising.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management processes, including stock allocation, replenishment strategies, and inventory analysis.
- Project Support: Contribute to store operations projects and initiatives, which may include new store openings, store remodels, and technology implementations.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights from operational data and make data-driven recommendations.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a corporate team.
