The Team Leader role at Tractor Supply Company is a key position that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with executing operational, sales, and merchandising objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a Legendary Customer Experience by ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist in the execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives by delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment for all Team Members, customers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
