We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player
We are looking for a motivated, curious, and savvy Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team and help deliver cutting edge insights for our customers and internal teams. This role will be responsible for delivering insights across our business as well being the expert at communicating analytics internally and externally. They will be responsible for collecting requirements and business needs, creating and maintaining dashboards, and communicating insights. They will work with our sales, marketing, customer success, and executive teams to continue to build upon our data-driven culture.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and maintenance of our Tableau dashboards.
- Conduct analysis to drive deep insights from a variety of data sources.
- Maintain and manage our Tableau environment.
- Constantly communicate with internal teams to generate insights across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, MIS, Economics, or related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of dashboarding/visualization experience (Tableau highly desired).
- 5 years of SQL experience.
- Experience coding in R or Python.
- Ability to perform advanced analytics from running A/B tests to statistical hypothesis tests.
- Proven success in presenting data and visualizations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing Tableau or PowerBI Enterprise instances.
- Experience working with business units to develop, measure, and track KPIs.
