At our members-only studios located across New York City, Los Angeles, the Hamptons, London, and Madrid, our training team provides Tracy's proprietary fitness methodology honed over more than two decades of scientific research with proven results. The studios offer the full expression of the Tracy Anderson Method, prescribed custom training regimens, and one-on-one training.
In addition to providing our clients with access to the largest bank of fitness content on record, Tracy continues to build new tech innovations and workout solutions, including the patented Iso-KineticBand System, The Hybrid Body Reformer, The Super G Floor, and most recently, MYMODE, a never-before-seen innovation in eco-friendly equipment programming to take our client’s results to the next level.
Job Description
You are the voice of the company to our customers – you care about making every interaction meaningful and memorable. You will be resolving customer questions, recommending solutions and guiding users through the various product features and functionalities. You will be working on Hubspot our CRM tool on a daily basis. This platform is used to onboard new customers, retain customers, and cross-sell additional product offerings that will best meet our customers needs.
To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator who is able to earn our customers’ trust. Ultimately, you will maintain and build our reputation as a company that offers world-class customer support post-sale and be a key contributor to the overall success of our customer’s health and well-being.
Duties And Responsibilities
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
You will be navigating 5-7 platforms to research client behavior and their overall needs. Platforms used are: Hubspot, Stripe Payment System, Wordpress, Zype, UParcel Shipping. There is training provided and job shadowing to ensure everyone is set for success.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns in a timely and accurate way via email, chat, social media and phone.
- Forecast the unarticulated needs of a new TA client that is onboarding to help her |him realize the full value of the Tracy Anderson method and become a paid subscriber after the two-week free trial period.
- Identify and bring to the organization's attention areas that need to be improved upon to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with the Prescription team to capture and automate the most robust solutions for the online streamers while safeguarding the team’s time.
- Update Hubspot our CRM with reoccurring customer questions enabling all TA employees including those in studios, the Prescription team, and Global trainers to have complete answers at their fingertips for all clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved, and they have clarity on achieving the best results.
- Gather customer feedback and share with appropriate internal teams.
- Stay current with online store inventories to proactively manage customer’s expectations appropriately.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 years of experience in Support, Client Service, or Customer Success;
- Strong initiative and willingness to take on new projects and learn new skills;
- Energetic, professional demeanor;
- Team player with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects and customer needs;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
