Dump Truck Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. As a Dump Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations while adhering to all safety regulations.

Duties

• Operate dump trucks to transport construction materials such as gravel, sand, and mulch to various job sites.
• Collaborate with site managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials for construction projects.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of materials transported and delivery schedules.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed, including the operation of loaders or bulldozers when required.
• Follow all safety protocols while operating heavy equipment on construction sites.
• Participate in horizontal drilling operations as necessary, ensuring adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required.
• Proven experience operating dump trucks and other heavy equipment such as bulldozers and loaders.
• Familiarity with construction site operations, including paving and building processes.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial driving and heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Home daily
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
