Overview :

Role : VP, Retail Media

Location : Irving, TX, Chicago IL, Stamford, CT

Tracy-Locke is looking for a VP, Retail Media to join our team!

The VP, Retail Media will lead creation and advancement of Tracy-Locke commerce media team.

Responsibilities :

Responsible for overall media planning and buying activities of all agency clients, by establishing project priorities task assignments and completion timetables.
Help establish the vision and mission of the team, and lead in development and training.
Serve as a media liaison to internal cross-discipline teams, clients and agency management in the overall implementation or problem resolution of media planning and placement.
Fiscally responsible for client media budgets and involved in departmental budget administration.
Play crucial role in new business, vision of department and roadmap for Omnicom Commerce omnichannel efforts.

Qualifications :

Ability to work with extreme accuracy under pressure; detail oriented and problem-solving skills.

Must be technologically savvy with proficiency in Word, Excel, and experience with Google Docs, Google Calendar or similar computer software.

Full omnichannel media depth of knowledge (including retailers like Amazon, Walmart & Kroger).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Dynamic, motivational leader to push the team and quality of deliverables as well as executional excellence.

Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude while staying calm under pressure and knowing who to contact for each situation.

Professional attitude.

Must be able to work very independently with a minimum amount of supervision.

Experience working in a cross-functional, agency environment.
