The Role
As we scale, we are seeking a SVP of Marketing to own and drive new customer growth. This role requires an innovative, high-speed thinker who thrives on testing, iterating, and executing bold customer acquisition strategies at scale.
You'll be responsible for unlocking scalable growth—developing, testing, and executing high-impact customer acquisition strategies across paid media, performance marketing, and emerging channels. You must be obsessed with finding new customers, experimenting rapidly, and optimizing performance marketing with a relentless focus on efficiency and scale.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and Scale Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute high-impact, scalable strategies to drive new customer growth.
- Test and experiment aggressively across new channels—creator partnerships, influencer marketing, sponsorships, direct response advertising, emerging media, and referral programs.
- Build and refine growth funnels to convert trial customers into repeat buyers and long-term subscribers.

Office Guidelines

Trade is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills.
NYC Base Salary Range
200,000-$240,000
