Trade School is seeking a freelance Motion Designer & Editor to join our Dynamic Creative Studio—a fast-paced, specialized team within Trade School’s creative department, dedicated to the agency's content-at-scale practice. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for crafting and editing high-quality, engaging motion graphics and video content across digital platforms, ensuring all work aligns with brand standards, campaign guidelines, and performance marketing goals. Success in this role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, an exceptional eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset to produce motion design that is both visually compelling and results-driven.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Design and edit video assets for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Adapt motion content to fit various platforms (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, OLA, YouTube), ensuring visual consistency and best performance across channels.
- Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and copywriters to integrate motion seamlessly into broader creative campaigns.
- Apply storytelling techniques to enhance brand messaging through movement, pacing, and composition.
- Execute thoughtful, high-quality motion work with pixel-perfect precision—covering typography, alignment, timing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experiment with new formats, styles, and technologies to push creative boundaries and evolve our approach to motion content.
- Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to analyze performance data and iterate on creative based on insights.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and brand consistency are met with minimal supervision.
- Taking ownership of assignments by meeting timelines and deadlines with moderate supervision, asking clarifying questions to ensure a clear understanding of the assignment, feedback, and client’s business needs.
