Position Overview:
We’re looking for a meticulous and process-driven QA Artist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the final set of eyes on all creative deliverables, ensuring that digital assets and copy are error-free, visually consistent, and client-ready. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and project managers to maintain quality across all content that leaves our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough quality checks on final digital assets—including static designs, animations, and interactive content—to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual polish.
- Verify that all creative meets brand guidelines, layout specs, platform requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Cross-check content and copy against reference documents, briefs, and legal guidelines.
- Ensure copy is correctly implemented across all formats and layouts, with no truncation, broken links, or visual issues.
- Identify design or formatting inconsistencies, including spacing, alignment, resolution, and color accuracy.
- Flag and document any issues using markup tools, QA checklists, or project management platforms.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain and evolve QA processes to improve workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a QA, production, or digital design environment—preferably within an agency or creative studio.
- Strong eye for detail and a passion for polished, high-quality output.
- Familiarity with digital content formats (web, mobile, email, social, etc.) and best practices.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
- Basic understanding of file types, resolutions, color modes, and asset specs for digital platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience using QA and markup tools like ProofHQ, Frame.io, or similar.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other modern design tools.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) or platform-specific guidelines (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Experience with localization or multi-language asset reviews.
