Front Desk Concierge:
Trade Winds / The Beach Club Condominium Association at Palisade Palms, a luxury high-rise on East Beach in Galveston, Texas, is seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Concierge to deliver exceptional service to our residents and their guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational abilities, an outgoing personality and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person with a high level of professionalism. Successful candidates will be proactive self-starters, able to research and problem solve, and have strong ownership of their work while always maintaining excellent judgement and ethics. The Front Desk Concierge must be able to multi-task, track and resolve issues to completion, and exhibit professionalism consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the welcoming face of the property, greeting and assisting residents and visitors with a friendly attitude.
- Provide professional and courteous telephone and email communication.
- Enforce the Association’s Rules and Regulations with tact and diplomacy.
- Assist with organizing Owner Socials and managing property amenity reservations.
- Accurately log and manage resident packages, ensuring timely delivery and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and security fob activity to ensure safety.
- Maintain common areas to ensure they are clean and organized.
- Utilize all front desk systems and equipment efficiently.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality or condominium front desk operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and strong computer skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride and ownership in your work.
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the property, including stairs.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment test, drug screen, E-Verify, and background check.
