Key Responsibilities

Waste Profile Management & Customer Experience

• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Sales teams to create, review, and approve accurate customer profiles, ensuring timely issue resolution for optimal customer outcomes.
• Interface with customers to reduce touchpoints and streamline waste profile creation and management, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
