Tradeco Construction is currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager for our client Veracity Electric in Kansas City, KS. The preferred candidate will be a direct employee of Veracity Electric, as this is a direct hire position. This position reports directly to the General Manage. The preferred candidate will empower and guide teams to successfully achieve project goals, utilizing electrical expertise to drive superior outcomes and long-term value.
Responsibilities include :
- Complete budgets, schedules, invoicing, and other PM responsibilities, by applying electrical expertise and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to drive effective decision making.
- Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, raising staff satisfaction rate, while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Grow the client base and diversify revenue streams through strategic planning and execution.
- Deliver all projects efficiently through meticulous project management, budget oversight, and financial reporting.
- Guide teams through all project phases, ensuring compliance with established procedures for consistency and efficiency, while implementing process improvements to boost overall performance.
- Actively contribute to Veracity's growth by engaging in community and industry organizations, attending project interviews, and participating in company events to strengthen business relationships and expand opportunities.
- Lead budget reviews and provide detailed cost analysis reports.
- Implement strategies to ensure strict budget compliance and maintain fiscal discipline across all projects.
- Support the safe execution of projects with a focus on achieving the goal of zero incidents on job sites, fostering a culture of safety and proactive risk management.
- Oversee all financial aspects of projects, including setup, monthly billing, forecasting, and final closeout, ensuring that projects meet profitability targets and are completed within financial parameters.
