Job Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in project management within the electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
- In-depth understanding of commercial electrical systems.
- Experience in handling customer issues effectively.
- Technological proficiency and daily inspection of project progress.
- Knowledge of change orders, building plans, and installation manuals.
- Excellent planning and project execution skills.
- Understanding of contract documents.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Professional demeanor suitable for representing the company.
- Relevant certifications and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug test.
