What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling Electrical Foreman position at Tradeco Construction?
We are interviewing applicants for a Traveling Electrical Forman. This is a Direct-Hire opportunity!
Candidates must have a background with large Commercial new construction and some Multi-Family Residential experience.
Because this is a Traveling role, the right candidate will reside in one of these areas: Kansas City, MO, Memphis, TN or Jonesboro AR.
Your background will include most of the following:
- A minimum of 5yrs experience in a Foreman/Working Foreman role
- You will have the ability to use the NEC Code book, blueprints, specifications, and local AHJ CODES.
- In the past, you developed and implements plans using your critical thinking skills.
- You are a problem solver with good sense and judgement.
- You are self-motivated, can adapt to challenges, and follow through on commitments
- Can work independently and hold others accountable.
- Lead by example, train promising PM's and Electricians to help develop their career.
- Perform work from start to finish, executes work efficiently and effectively
- You take pride in making sure you have all tools, information, manpower and materials at all times.
- Communicate effectively with Trade Partners, Owner, and your team while reviewing site progress and conditions.
- You are proficient - previous ability to turn in paperwork through and HR system such as Paycom or Paycor, for example.
- Be safety minded and adhere to all quality and safety codes
