Commercial Plumber & Helpers – Multiple Experience Levels
Pay Range: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule:
- Standard 8-hour shifts (Monday – Friday)
- Overtime and weekend availability as needed
About TradeCorp:
TradeCorp is actively seeking skilled Commercial Plumbers & Helpers to join our expanding team. We have multiple openings for various experience levels and are looking for dedicated professionals who take pride in their craft. Our plumbers work on a range of projects, from large-scale commercial builds to specialized plumbing installations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, inspect, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings, including potable water, gas, and sewage lines.
- System Components: Install and service toilets, water closets, lavatories, kitchen sinks, shower and bath trim, water heaters, and related fixtures.
- Piping & Connections: Work with various materials, including brazing, cast iron, gas lines, 2” copper, and 4” PVC.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and local plumbing codes to ensure proper installation and compliance.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair issues in high-pressure steam systems, hot water heating systems, and drainage systems.
- Testing & Compliance: Conduct tests to verify proper installation, safety, and efficiency of plumbing systems.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, site supervisors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a 9-panel drug screening.
- Proficiency in plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from a squatting position.
- Must have reliable transportation and personal tools.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Medical Gas Certification is a plus but not required.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
