What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager in Training/Assistant Manager position at Tradehome Shoe Stores, Inc.?
Tradehome Shoes recently celebrated our 103rd year in business and we are currently growing! We believe in premium people, premium products, and premium locations. We are currently looking for self-motivated individuals for our Manager Training Program.
During the training period you will get an inside look on how Tradehome operates and learn every aspect of our business. It is an intensive program that prepares you to effectively manage your own location.
Training periods have ranged from 12 to 16 months currently.
This position does involve relocation upon promotion to general manager as our company ladder spans the Midwest and beyond.
