POSITION SUMMARY :
This is a local Nashville, onsite position (not eligible for remote or hybrid options).
The Estimator will be involved with sourcing quotes / prices from subcontractors, vendors and suppliers and work with the Senior Precon Manager to develop budgets for upcoming / ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will also coordinate subcontractor agreements, scopes, and execute Value Engineering cost options when needed for negotiated & hard-bid projects.
COMPANY PROFILE :
- Commercial General Contractor that has been providing construction management, general contracting and build-out services since 2010
- Operates throughout Mid-Tenn area & officed in Donelson area.
- The majority of their projects will revolve around High-End Restaurant & retail, commercial office & hospitality mixed-use type structures with ground-up and build-out construction.
