Position : Heavy Civil Estimator based in Clarksville, TN
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000 annually, DOE based on experience (in addition : Project Bonus’, Benefits, PTO / Holidays are also provided)

In this critical role, you'll leverage your experience to estimate costs for civil excavating, utilities, storm drainage, etc within their heavy civil projects. Your work will directly support the success of their projects, and you'll collaborate closely with contractors and project managers throughout the bid process.

Key Points
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy civil projects, including earthworks, storm drainage, utilities, and site preparation.
- Utilize estimating software such as Heavy Bid, Agtek, Earthworks, or similar take-off tools.
- Conduct detailed project analysis, including site visits, to ensure accurate estimates.
- Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and internal teams throughout the bid process.
- Organize and manage all bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Assist with the preparation of project schedules and budgets to support competitive bidding.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and updates during the estimating phase.
