Position Responsibilities:
· Provide the highest quality service to Members and potential Members for all deposit and related products in our branches, with ITM communications, and in our communities. Refers problems that are beyond established authority to the appropriate team member.
· Independently resolve problems within authority limits, escalating as necessary with appropriate recommendations for problem resolution.
· Primary responsibility for new accounts, online accounts / onboarding, team support and project management in branch and /or in our communities. Is also responsible for participating in community events including but not limited to Financial Fitness Fairs, community financial education, and fundraising events.
· Performs data entry to maintain accurate Member records: identifies trends and notifies Branch Manager.
· Identifies Member needs and cross sells appropriate products and services and is responsible for IRA product management.
· Manages record retention as it relates to Member Services, in accordance with state and federal regulation.
Position Qualifications:
- Six months to two years of similar experience.
- Vault and/ or cash handling experience

Working conditions:
