Position Responsibilities:
· Provide the highest quality service to Members and potential Members for all deposit and related products.
· Independently resolve problems within authority limits, escalating as necessary with appropriate recommendations for problem resolution.
· Identifies Member needs and offers appropriate products and services.
· Performs data entry to maintain accurate Member and vault records. Balances transactions for the day and records results.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Manages record retention as it relates to Member Services, in accordance with state and federal regulation.
· Is consistently an active participant in collaboration with peers across all departments working together for the prosperity of our Vision, Mission Statement, and Core Values.
Position Qualifications:
- Six months to two years of similar experience.
- Vault and/ or cash handling experience
- Team player mindset
- Dependability
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Passion for helping people
- Self-driven
Working conditions:
- Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable- an office environment
- Normally seated with freedom of movement on a regular basis
- Full time
