Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
-Ordering materials and supplies for our current projects.
-Coordinating installation dates with our installation schedule and our clients-Collecting payments from our clients
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Coordinate calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
