Engagement & Education Coordinator
Departments: Marketing - Reports to Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, with some evenings, weekends, and early mornings required)

Job Description: Trademark Inspection Services is seeking a highly organized and outgoing Education & Events Coordinator to support our Realtor-facing marketing efforts. This role involves scheduling and managing continuing education (con-ed) classes, representing the company at industry events, assisting with our Realtor Gift Program, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable with outreach, and enjoys a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Con-Ed Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate continuing education (con-ed) classes for real estate professionals on behalf of the instructors (ordering food, calling to confirm class times, etc.).
- Attend con-ed classes to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
- Research and cold-call/email prospective offices to gain classes at new offices.
- Understand the class attendance system and upload attendance for each class into CE Marketplace.
- Work with the marketing team to track metrics related to con-ed classes and new Realtors, inspections booked, etc.
Event Attendance and Coordination
- Represent Trademark Inspection Services at industry events, networking functions, and other promotional activities - some of which will require evening, weekend, and early morning availability.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper branding, materials, and promotional items are available for events.
- Work with the marketing team to make decisions on event attendance, sponsorships, etc.
- Maintain a calendar of events for the company, ensuring timely communication with involved team members.
Realtor Gift Program
- Assist with the design and creation of gifts for the Realtor Gift Program in the office.
- Reach out to Realtors with orders and attempt to hand-deliver gifts to offices when applicable.
Additional Marketing Related Tasks
- Research and cold-call new potential agents, as well as agents who have not used the company in 3 months.
- Visit inspection sites to take videos, pictures, and testimonials for social media and marketing.
- Maintain records and documentation related to classes, events, and more.
- Collaborate with other departments to track success of marketing campaigns.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills Required
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, scheduling, administration, or event coordination is great, but not required as we will train the right candidate.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work across different departments.
- Comfortable attending and representing the company at events.
- Possess a servant’s heart.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability for a flexible work schedule, which will include evenings, weekends, and early mornings as needed.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for events, con-ed, and to visit inspection sites.
