Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cabinet Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales while providing expert guidance to clients on cabinet options. You will work closely with homeowners, contractors, and designers to deliver high-quality cabinet solutions that meet both style and budget needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their cabinet needs, understand their style preferences, and provide expert recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our cabinet products, including materials, finishes, and design trends, in order to educate customers and help them make informed decisions.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach to potential clients. Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- Quotes and Estimates: Provide accurate pricing, custom design solutions, and quotes for cabinet projects based on customer requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee the sales process from order placement through delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met, and assist with any post-sales inquiries or issues.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Showroom Maintenance: Assist in keeping the showroom neat, organized, and stocked with product samples. Create visually appealing displays that showcase our cabinet offerings.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or a related field, preferably in kitchen design or cabinetry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of design principles, including space planning and product selection.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with design software and tools (e.g., CAD, 20-20 Design, etc.) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- High school diploma or equivalent
