What we are looking for :
We are looking for energetic, resourceful and motivated Tradesmen that we can train to be Sign Installers / Service Technicians We are looking for well rounded experienced tradesman whom are self-starters with a positive personality, good work ethic and ability to learn and grow.
Qualifications :
Previous installation experience a plus.
Own basic hand tools and cordless tools.
5 years plus in electric sign installation with knowledge of 120v / 277 electrical systems a plus
Able to read and understand detailed shop drawings, site plans, and sign location drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills
Must be results driven, have strong organizational skills and willingness to lend a hand
CDL preferred or ability to obtain CDL within 90 days of hire
Crane Operator Certification a plus but not required.
Experience in construction, welding, fabrication and metal all relate
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Able to operate heavy machinery such as aerial lifts, forklift, backhoe, arguer, etc.
Physical ability for heavy lifting when needed (50 lbs)
Understanding of basic vehicle maintenance
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at heights up to 100 feet plus
Flexible
Quick reaction times to short deadlines
Must be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and reflect a positive attitude towards challenging job requirements
Enthusiasm and ideas; A people need only apply
High school diploma
Ability to be covered by Trademark Sign Insurance. Clean driving record with no major or recent violations, valid Driver License, at least 21 years of age
Light travel and some overnight required
