Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership:
- Lead the design process for new features and initiatives.
- Translate initiative and feature requirements into user-friendly design options.
- Provide detailed screen designs using Figma.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the VP of Product to align design strategies with business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure effective implementation of design choices.
- Influence design decisions for most new developments within the company.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all design outputs meet high-quality standards and align with user experience best practices.
- Maintain consistency with TradePending's design language and standards.
- Market Understanding:
- Work towards gaining a deeper understanding of the automotive market, including personnel roles and the tools they use, to create relevant designs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Essential:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a UX design role, with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, user interface design, and user experience best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
