JOB SUMMARY
The Engagement Director Team Lead is a vibrant, relational and influential leader who welcomes people in and helps them take their next step towards Jesus. The Engagement Director -Team Lead is the primary leader accountable for leading all Difference Makers on the Engagement Team. The Engagement Director oversees multiple Difference Maker serving teams including, but not limited to, the parking team, greeter team, auditorium team, coffee/hospitality team, team leaders, and coaches. The Engagement Director Team Lead is also the primary supervisor for the Engagement Director Engagement Pathway and the Engagement Director Operations at the Northwest Campus.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will supervise the other two Engagement Directors on the Northwest Campus team and will provide oversight of Difference Makers.
DUTIES/PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS
- Create a culture on the Engagement team at their campus that aligns with Traders Point Christian Church's mission and vision.
- Visible weekend presence empowering Difference Makers and engaging with those new at Traders Point Christian Church.
- Recruit, train, develop, and care for Difference Maker team leads and coaches.
- Cast vision effectively in a large setting and in individual conversations, leading people to greater engagement.
- Responsible for leading large teams of Difference Makers to execute special events including Worship Night, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Deck the Halls, and Christmas.
- Lead weekly staff meetings
- Leadership development of direct reports.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- Serve under the oversight of and report directly to the Campus Pastor.
- Serve under the guidance of the Ministry Engagement Pastor.
- Receive and execute central information from the Ministry Engagement Operations Lead.
- Will be a fully engaged member of TPCC.
- Collaborate with Campus team staff members and Engagement Team staff members.
- Collaborate effectively with central departments (i.e., Safety, Properties, IT, MarComm).
- Kingdom collaboration between other churches and ministries.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A bachelors degree or 5 years of similar ministry experience is preferred.
