JOB SUMMARY
The Website Coordinator and Content Administrator is an entry level role in the Digital Product portion of the IT team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining Traders Point's website and digital content within the website. This role combines operational oversight of the website with hands-on content management to ensure the website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the organization's goals. The individual in this position will coordinate content creation, updates, and publishing, collaborating with marketing, design, and IT teams to ensure timely, accurate, and optimized content. Additionally, they will manage the structure and organization of content, monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance user experience, SEO, and engagement. This role requires a balance of project coordination, content organization, and troubleshooting within the website platform, ensuring the website operates smoothly while supporting content strategy and ministry objectives.

DUTIES / PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS
Coordinate the creation, update, and publishing of web content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.Manage content workflows, timelines, and schedules, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets ministry needs.Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team, as well as the rest of the IT team to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features.Organize and structure web content to ensure ease of navigation and optimal user experience.Upload and maintain content within the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring proper formatting, SEO optimization, and accessibility standards.Perform regular content audits, removing outdated material and ensuring content remains relevant.Monitor website performance using analytics tools, providing recommendations for content optimization and improvements based on data insights.Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to website content and functionality, working with IT Applications team as needed.Manage the website content archive, ensuring easy access to historical materials and resources.Coordinate with IT Project Manager, Digital Product Manager, Marketing and Communications, and Traders Point ministry teams to identify and prioritize changes and updates to the website and website content.INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
