Job Summary
Clean and sanitize restrooms, recreation center, and RV Store - sweep and pick up perimeter of building to include straightening of patio furniture - sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces of laundromat - Clean and dispose of refuse from dog park - Also responsible for maintenance of pool and pool area, including balancing chemicals, removal of leaves and debris, and keeping the area clean and presentable for guests.Essential Functions -
Requires working on feet and walking longdistances, bend, stoop, and lift items such as mops, water buckets, up to 25 pounds. Be certified or be willing to become a Certified Pool Operator (CPO)Competencies -
Sweep and mop, basic housekeeping activities, able to read and properly use cleaning and pool chemicals.Work Environment-
Indoor and outdoor, working in heat and coldPhysical Demands -
This is a manual labor job that does not use any cleaning machineryRequired Schedule -
Monday through Friday - 39 hours per weekRequired Education/Experience -
