Trades Holding Company, LLC is seeking dedicated and friendly Call Center Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Address customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and address customer concerns or complaints. Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, following company guidelines and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Document inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experience.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data security.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment is a must.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in using computers
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Positive attitude and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is typically performed in a call center environment
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods and use a headset and computer.
