HR Associate

Trades Holding Company, LLC is seeking an HR Associate to support the HR department in various administrative and clerical functions. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing excellent support to both employees and management. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pull permits and schedule inspections
• Vendor Packets and Payroll Packets
• Maintain office supplies
• Interview support
• Data entry and filing
• Onboarding and orientation
• Local safety training point-person
• HRIS management (hires, employee changes, terms)
• Policies and procedures – local awareness and support
• iPad training
• Inventory control – stocking, ordering, and organizing plumbing parts

• Local recognition, company memo management (bulletin boards)

• Work with IT on office systems (phones, computers, etc)
• Oversee workplace health and safety compliance
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, labor law posters etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year in an administrative or office assistant role
• 1 year experience in HR is required
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking

PAY RANGE: $18.00 to $22.00 based on experience
