Position Overview:

TradeSentry LLC is seeking an experienced Trading Platform Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, development, and enhancement of features on our trading platform. Working closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders, you will help ensure that platform functionality meets market demands, improves user experiences, and supports the platform's overall growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development & Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define, prioritize, and execute the platform’s feature roadmap. Help translate business requirements into technical specifications to enhance the platform’s capabilities.
• Feature Enhancement & Customization: Assist in the development of new platform features, enhancements, and custom solutions to meet the needs of users. Ensure that features are implemented on schedule and to a high standard of quality.
• User-Centric Design: Work with UX/UI teams to ensure the platform is intuitive and user-friendly, enabling both beginner and advanced traders to use the platform effectively and efficiently.
• Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with engineers and developers to provide insight into platform functionality, validate technical approaches, and ensure that new features are aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Platform Optimization & Maintenance: Continuously monitor platform performance and identify areas for optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor platforms, and emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to suggest features or improvements that will keep TradeSentry at the forefront of the trading tech space.
• User Feedback Integration: Actively engage with users to gather feedback on platform performance, usability, and feature requests. Use this feedback to recommend improvements and shape future feature development.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Work with quality assurance teams to ensure new features and updates meet functional requirements and perform optimally before release.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure that all platform developments adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards within the financial services industry.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a product specialist, platform specialist, or similar technical role in the FinTech, trading, or financial technology sector.
• Strong understanding of day trading platforms, trading strategies, and the financial markets.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and UX/UI design.
• Solid technical background with the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in platform feature development, from requirements gathering to release.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable products.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and working within agile teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and product features to various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the development or support of trading platforms, algorithmic trading tools, or financial data systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS-based platforms or software delivery models.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards within the trading and FinTech industries.
• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
