Are you a 3rd-year Commercial Apprentice Electrician looking for a great opportunity to gain experience and advance your career? TradeSTAR is hiring skilled and motivated electricians to join a commercial project in College Station, TX. This is a full-time position, and you must be able to work OT as needed.
Your Role on the Project
As a Commercial Apprentice Electrician, you’ll work under the guidance of licensed Journeymen, assisting with :
- Installing EMT conduit, cable tray, and support structures
- Pulling & terminating wire and electrical devices
- Installing panels, lighting, switches, and receptacles
- Reading blueprints and following NEC code guidelines
- Testing & troubleshooting electrical systems
- Minimum 2 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Apprentice Electrician License (TDLR)
- Ability to read blueprints & follow NEC standards
- Familiarity with bending EMT conduit and pulling wire
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license or State ID
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work full-time and overtime as needed
