About the Role
As a Group Fitness Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll lead group classes, engage with clients, and contribute to our welcoming community. This is an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in the fitness industry.
Role Responsibilities:
- Coach group fitness classes.
- Take on personal training clients or small group training (optional).
- Open and close the studio.
- Review group class fitness lesson plans and ask any questions in advance.
- Set up and break down equipment for classes.
- Ensure the studio is clean and organized between sessions.
- Build meaningful connections with clients through conversation and support.
- Attend monthly team events and meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of group fitness coaching or personal training experience (preferred, not required).
- Certified in ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, CrossFit Level 1, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of body mechanics and exercise principles.
- Interest in nutrition coaching is a plus.
