About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Clerk to join our team at TradeWinds Island Resorts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Assist guests with inquiries, product selection, and locating items in the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including replenishing merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring shelves are stocked and priced correctly.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years retail sales and service experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as an outgoing, approachable and Guest Service Oriented individual.
- Must have open availability as weekends and holidays are our busiest times.
- Proven ability to handle financial transactions accurately and quickly.
