Career Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at TradeWinds Resort. As a member of our catering and serving staff, you will play a key role in ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction at all banquet functions.

• Prepare cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks according to guests' preferences
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar station
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the catering and serving staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, and stoop
• Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
