Overview:
TradeWinds Island Resorts seeks highly organized and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Group Reservations Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all reservations needs for guests within a specific group, including managing group blocks, establishing working relationships with group contacts, and maintaining cooperative relationships with various departments. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in resort reservations, particularly in group house calls. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with the ability to multi-task and have a flexible work schedule. Knowledge of VERSA and/or Revinate Saled Hub (NAVIS) is a plus but not necessary. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:

• Maintain cooperative relationships with Sales, Convention Services/Catering, Accounting, and Front Desk
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
• Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in hotel or related field preferred
• College coursework in related field helpful
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multi-task and have a flexible work schedule
• Knowledge of VERSA and/or Revinate Saled Hub (NAVIS) a plus but not necessary
