The ideal candidate will have experience in managing dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running. You will also supervise kitchen employees not actively engaged in cooking, ensuring they have the necessary supplies, equipment, and tools to perform their jobs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations, including dish room, night cleaning, and back dock cleaning and maintenance
- Supervise kitchen employees to ensure they have the necessary supplies, equipment, and tools to perform their jobs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain current supplies
- Conduct regular inspections of supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Investigate reports and follow-up on employee accidents to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in procurement, food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
