Job Overview
This position involves working cooperatively with supervisors and other staff to implement programming, training, recreational and community activities, therapeutic activities, and providing a safe, clean, positive environment at all times. The ideal candidate will be responsible for giving engaging assistance to individuals, aiding in developing strategies that overcome obstacles, and promoting an opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing programming and training
- Participating in recreational and community activities (indoor and outdoor)
- Engaging in therapeutic activities
- Providing a safe, clean, positive environment at all times
- Giving engaging assistance to individuals and aiding in developing strategies that overcome obstacles
- Promoting an opportunity for growth
Requirements
- Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, & holidays
- Valid driver's license – must meet requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must clear TradeWinds' background checks
- Must be a responsible, reliable person who is able to work independently
