">The Supported Living Coordinator at Tradewinds Services is responsible for overseeing the Supported Living Department, which provides vital support and care to our consumers. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead a team of QIDPS, develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensure that our programs are effective and efficient.
">Main Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of QIDPS in the Supported Living department, ensuring that they operate to the highest standard. ">
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each consumer. ">
- Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of our programs and make adjustments as necessary. ">
- Maintain open communication with HR Director, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer to address staffing needs, training requirements, and other important matters. ">
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continually improve our services and outcomes. ">
Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human/social services, business management/supervision, or leadership. ">
- Proven track record of developing and implementing individual programs, evaluating program effectiveness, and working collaboratively with teams. ">
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence. ">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, consumers, and stakeholders. ">
