A Day in the Life
As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. You will work cooperatively with supervisors and other staff to implement programming, training, recreational and community activities, therapeutic activities, and providing a safe, clean, positive environment at all times.
Your Role
You will be responsible for giving engaging assistance to individuals, aiding in developing strategies that overcome obstacles, and promoting an opportunity for growth. You will also participate in recreational and community activities (indoor and outdoor), engage in therapeutic activities, and provide a safe, clean, positive environment at all times.

Requirements
